Prototyping and 3D CAD

Through a series of functional and aesthetic prototypes Pollen was able to develop the Nuscüp from a quick breadboard to a fully realized patentable product.

Each of these prototypes focused on improving some area of the design, beginning with the development of a robust and reliable mechanism. After the mechanism was proven, initial styling prototypes helped to improve the look and feel of the product. Finally, the later prototypes focused on nailing all of the details, such as quick disassembly and graphics to ensure that every element of the product was correct.
