We fit product to people, we make lives more comfortable, pleasurable and efficient. Pollen Design helps determine shape, form, coloration, texture, aesthetic, graphics, packaging, usability and legibility. To get there our process follows both sequential and parallel paths. The end result gives relevance to what was once just a series of thoughts, dreams or wishes. The design-work begins during the early phases of client meetings and category immersion. Our research and familiarization act as a cornerstone to the products success. The analysis and synthesis of the data, guided by client feedback, help generate the initial fruit of multiple concepts. As Pollen develops and refines these concepts we keep a continual dialog with the client, refreshing and distilling the concepts into more definitive designs. Designs are further engineered and proven as we enter the prototype phase. Drawings are specified, bill of materials are compiled and CAD files built, each task carefully considered and approved for model building, prototyping and quotation purposes. The process loop is fully closed when testing and evaluation has met Pollen's stringent requirements and surpassed those of the original brief. During the developmental cycle Pollen is best placed to develop packaging, instructional booklets, animations, and other essential peripheral services, allowing us to offer fully rounded and coherent design services, from first idea to shipped and packaged product.
